Hello. Thank you for inquiring about my company. I would like to respond to SABJ's review. I would like to ensure you that we have great customer service with over 30 years combined experience and YES we stand behind our product. I want you to know that if your aren't completely satisfied with your shower/tub enclosure installation, we will make it right for you. We install on average 3 enclosures a day. Do they all go as planned? Not always but that is where our customer service kicks in. For example, we had a framed door and panel unit that didn't work last week for various reasons. So instead of walking away we found a solution. The customer now has a Heavy Frameless shower door and panel and it didn't cost them a dime more than their framed system we quoted. This came to over $400 at no extra cost to them. Please give us a try and you will clearly see the difference in our professionalism and customer service.
