This is my first time going to Button Auto Body and I have to say it's not only one of my best experiences with a body shop, but it's one of my best experiences with any establishment in general. Alan is one of the nicest guys I've ever met and gave me the run down of exactly what they were going to do to fix my car (I got T-boned on the driver side). He went through it step-by-step and even gave me a tour of the facility. I think in any other case I might feel a little uneasy leaving my car at a shop I wasn't familiar with, but I definitely felt more than comfortable after speaking with Alan. They worked through the holidays and it was finished fairly quickly. Not only was the damage taken care of and my car looking pristine, but as the previous reviewer noted, my car came back looking better than before it got hit. I would definitely recommend Button Auto Body to anyone, this is the sort of above-and-beyond service that you rarely see in businesses now a days.
