We read about this restaurant on the front page of the Oakland Press while staying at Townsend Hotel, Birmingham, Mi (Pistons Game). The hotel staff confirmed that the new ownership has infused a high level of energy into the restaurant making it the hottest spot in Michigan. My colleges and I have traveled the world dining at the most amazing culinary and service oriented restaurants and our dinning experience was amazing. We entered (hour and thirty minute wait) to a vibrant staff passing sample beer(s), fruit and cheese tray, wonderful protein samples of meat, etc. During our dining we counted over a thousand dinners and the overall dining experience was unbelievable. Watch out for the homemade beer is delicious; however, strong. Pros: Thumbs up! Cons: Large parking lot
