Always the brides maid never the bride, However this dose not meen I am not speending money or giving this estsblishment my busniss, When I first visited this store to order and pay for my brides maid dress everything went fine the were pleasent and helpfull. When I came back months later for a fitting I was runnign a little late and made a phone call to let them know I may be running no more than 10 mins behind, I was tryin to be respectfull of there time I under stand time is money, I was told on the phone in a rude manner ""Well just get here as quick as you can"" I didnt end up being late at all the moment i walked in the door I was attacked By the owners daugher i bleave it was She didnt see my shoes for the dress and Barked at me"" Didnt you bring your shoes?!"" Yes they were in my purse, The fitting was fine. When I paied for this service I asked if there was any way they could call me directly when the dress was finished, She told me that It will be done in two weeks and they would let the bride know, Well the brides not paying for this dress. And I live over and hour away I would like to be shure When I make the drive the dress is finished, She would not take my number. I just feel like I was treated poorly. I dont think its a fair way to run a company and delegate things to the bride when her plate is heaping allready I think is an unwise and uncaring.
