Review content:
Be very careful of this place. The owner and ""landlord"" is a very shady businessman. He WILL try to screw you over. Anything you sign is not valid in his eyes and he is free to change any terms whenever he likes. I would not recommend this place for the life of me. It is the slums of a nice little town. Please think twice before moving in here. I promise you can find something better for the money.
