They are very unprofessional. I guess the old adage is true you get what you pay for. I will gladly pay someone else more next time for better service. They charged more after giving us a price, and then did not even get the stains out of our carpet. When I tried to call them and ask what else could be done they told me it was a 50/50 chance if the stains come out, then the rude lady on the phone preceded to hang up on me. Save yourself the hassle and call a better company.
