Review content:
So I went in after hearing they were under new ownership, and the reviews are right on. I special ordered a powered subwoofer, and it was there, on time as promised, and installed in time for me to get to work. Abdul is a good guy, and he'll do what he can for you. His staff are also friendly and knowledgable. In the sometimes shady world of small car electronics stores, Pacific Stereo in Redwood City now rates high on the professionalism charts. I wanted a custom install, and after talking with the technician, I got exactly what I wanted. At first glance, I was a little put off, since the shop needs a renovation, and the employees all wear street clothes. But after working with them, all I can say is their professionalism is top notch, whether or not they are wearing matching polo shirts. If you are looking for any type of car electronics, give them a try, since what I got ended up less expensive than from Crutchfield, and an equally good if not better install job than Best Buy or Circuit City. Great value for the money in these ""economically recessed"" times...now I'm off to find cheap rice on Ebay. Pros: Friendly, fast service, with quality name brands. Cons: Its a ""streetwise"" industry, and it shows, but that's the only bad thing I can say.
