Review content:
After reading several positive reviews, we went into Minato last night (a Saturday). It's off a small parking lot at the back of a strip mall. Once inside, we saw the restaurant was crowded, which we considered a good thing. After a few minutes, we were seated in a booth as the sushi bar was completely full. We sat down and immediately noticed that we weren't given a wine list (their drinks aren't on the food menu). We then looked thru the sushi options and decided which rolls to try. And then we sat...and sat....and sat. Fifteen minutes later, we still hadn't had a single server come by--and we weren't even able to flag one down. So we got up and walked towards the door. Right before I exited, a waitress stopped me to briefly apologize, but she never offered to take care of us if we sat back down. We just left and went elsewhere. I was surprised by the bad experience, especially given other reviews of the good customer service. We just didn't find it there.
