Shocking experience with these guys. I was totally hoodwinked by them. I was a vendor in ATA 2012 show held at Atlanta. The organizers were dealing with Freeman as they didn't want each of the vendor to contact them, their website clearly stated that there won't be any charge if the shipping boxes for the show comes directly to the show site. I was shocked to see that they still charged me and more shameful act from them is that they even charged for those boxes which received personally. Total rip-off. Unfortunately there is no change logs to the website and they have modified their page with charges and unfortunately my Credit card company was helpless.
