Review content:
My husband brought in his Nissan in May with a head gasket issue. He saved up for an expensive procedure to fix the head gasket and three months later returned to have the service done. We had to bring it back three times, once because of a rattling because they had not properly tightened down a bolt after the head gasket repair, a second time because it stalled out on the highway, and a third time after the engine started smoking. The engine is now ruined. They claim that it was my husband's negligence for driving the vehicle for three months before getting the service done. However, THEY recommended the service three months prior with the knowledge that the head gasket problem existed then. So why now do they claim it was his negligence in driving the vehicle while saving money for this expensive engine work? They lack the expertise to perform this kind of work, and they were sorely negligent in their advice and professionalism. The loosened bolt alone is indicative of their carelessness. I do not recommend this business. Pros: Empty Promises Cons: Ruined Engine
