Review content:
My first impression of my haircut and color from Rosy was wrong. After a few washes I realized my haircolor was fabulous! So while I walked out of the salon wanting to cry, my hair color evolved into a beautiful dark brown with caramel highlights. As for the time I spent there...well in the end I guess it was worth it!
Pros: good quality
Cons: hair color takes too long...bring a book
