Mr. Barton is a lazy, un organized attorney. He has a set rate due before the actual case is heard, I believe this is because if you were to see him in action you would be likley not to retain him as your lawyer and find help somewhere else and also because he puts little time into his cases that if he were to be paid hourly he would make very little monatarily. Mr. Barton also is lacking in a professional demeanor....i.e; late, forgetful, un-organized. I would suggest not hiring him unless your are comfortable with pleas and micro managing.
