Review content:
Set up service with B&B on a Thursday for the following WEDNESDAY. I arranged for a bulk pick-up for that day. The can arrived promptly on Tuesday so we set out our trash Tuesday night before bed. Wednesday afternoon I called around 2 to find out when they'd be picking up as our HOA has very strict guidelines about things at the curb. I was advised I was actually on a FRIDAY pickup...but had been told a Wednesday. She verified the bulk-pick-up was in fact supposed to be on WEDNESDAY but future pickups would be on Fridays. She advised the driver would get it before 5pm but that he didn't speak English and she could not converse with him regarding the delay.
Cons: they just don't pick up.
