I had a great experience with Apguard. When I was set up on my BiPap unit the invoice clearly said rental. I think the other 2 reviews did not pay attention to the invoice when they were set up and just do not want to pay the bill. Anyway, I called Apguard for my BiPap and it was delivered the same day. I have had to call them 3 times for reinstruction and once thay came back to my home. The other 2 times the re instruction was done on the phone. The older you get the more forgetfull you become. Before I was with another company for my CPAP unit and they did not ever have a Respiratory Therapist on staff..That was scarry. I have been informed by Apguard that they have 9. Great company with a great staff.. the other 2 reviews need to pay their bills and review their invoices.
