Businiess name:  Carrabba's Italian Grill

Review content:
I have read all of these reviews. Its funny, actually. Of all of the complaints I read on Carrabas the one that REALLY tell me how this restaurant really is was about it being crowded and how long the wait it. That alone should tell you that a place that is ALWAYS busy and has long lines must be doing something right. Sure maybe they are a chain and maybe this isnt like the mom and pop Italian imigrant cafe at the plaza, but what do you expect? Considering that most families buy a can of sauce and boil noodles and call it ""Italian Food"" Carrabas is many notches above that. This is casual american dining with an Italian flair. You want authentico, find a hole in the wall run by Italian natives, but if you want a well rounded place that EVERYONE in the family can enjoy, then go to Carrabas. The food is consistant, flavorful, and best of all FRESH. Go in and see why people will wait in line to eat there.... Pros: Good fresh food, fast service, and alot of smiles. Cons: Not run by Italian natives and the long lines......lol
