I am a regular because I absolutely LOVE their food. I always take my family and friends there and never have to worry that the food won't be anything less than excellent! It is always fresh and everything that I have ever tried has the best flavor and just the right amount of spice. I have been to all those fancy and expensive Italian restaurants and their food doesn't even compare to Carraba's. It is my restaurant of choice for any special occasion also. When a restaurant is so successful for so long you know that it is a good place!
The only thing I wish they would do is make the whole restaurant non-smoking.
Pros: Great tasting food, Great dessert, Friendly service
Cons: Smoking section, Almost always a wait
