It was an ok place at first, but then when we had a leak it took them forever to get it fixed correctly. Instead of hiring someone that knew what they were doing, they simply had a maintenance guy figure it out. Then when it came time for them to finally start repair/tearing down the burned out apartments (which was about a year or more); trucks were coming and going early in the mornings and when I complained (because of the hours we worked) we barely got an apology. The drywall men were banging so hard it knocked a speaker and valuables off a shelf. When it finally came time to move out I spent an entire day cleaning and making sure everything nearly the same as it was when we moved in. Yes, the rug and some stains and a trail where we walked from the living room to the bedroom; but what do you expect after living there 2 years with a light tan carpet. When we finally received our security deposit back from the management company; it was a joke (I put down almost $800 and got a little more than $50). We were charged $375 to REPLACE the carpet (by the way, the manager Cheryl told us not to worry about the carpet because they would most likely replace it) and then there was the $125 to repaint the apartment; which they already do. We went back to management and complained; all we got was BS Do yourself a favor and avoid Hunter?s Ridge and Summerlin of Winter Park as they are both run by Contemporary Management Concepts. Pros: If you like parties and loud neighbors
