Review content:
Lake County Septic Service will tell you anything to get work. Anything from claiming how bad other companies are, to having the best price and service. He will flatter you over the phone until you call back to ask anything about his service performed. Then look out. The septic tank driver zooms by my house at an estimated 70-80 mph, after he was told he was going the wrong way. If you were lost, might you drive slower? He seemed to be pleasant once he got here, but when I asked if he was going to open the outlet side he said he wasn?t allowed due to regulations and that it wasn?t necessary. According to those that regulate proper installation and maintenance of septic systems in Florida, when performing a tank pumping, both sides of the tank should be opened and inspected. The outlet cannot be inspected from the inlet side and there is no guarantee that proper cleaning of the outlet side is performed. Lake county septic claims they know that it is not necessary from a visual inspection in the standing position. The owner claims they base the need for opening the outlet side purely on whether or not they believe your tank has a baffle. Still a little hard to see through a sixteen-inch hole from a standing position with no flashlight. Watch out, the owner of the company will only take your money and doesn?t want to deal with any of your concerns over the service you trusted would be done correctly. His price wasn?t any better than anyone else?s and there are many reputable companies. Don?t waste your time with Lake County septic service.
