Review content:
El Cap is where you go in St. Pete to get a good burger, cold beer and some fries all for under $10! Where else can you do that? This place is a sports bar so expect to see TV's everywhere - however - they aren't overpowering the place - you can actually watch a game and still have a conversation with your party. Great service as well! Truely an awesome little place! A must do!
