Me and my family moved into this apartment 2008 April. I have to say this is one of the worst experience I ever had in my life. Location of the apartment is very nice. But the time we moved, we faced Sewage problems, Black Carpenter Ants and mean neighbors. Manager is very incapable of handling problems and also very unprofessional. She never dealt any problems in the right way. Even everyone in the aprtment complex had the same problem with the management. Even if you call Ohio, Main branch, you never get a satisfying solution. Some of the Tenants had Roof leakage, and it even took them so long to fix the problem.
