Review content:
This is definitely one of the worst Gaylords I have eaten at. They think they are doing you a favor serving food. Perhaps its because they feel they have earned brand loyalty ( Gaylord name etc). The manager ( a tall greying man) is the worst with no sense for customer service. For the view fine but for food and quality service a NO-NO. Would rate this well below average.
Pros: None other than view
Cons: Bad service, bad food, high prices that don't measure up against quality of food served
