I went to this store a few months ago to rent equipment for a construction job my firm had bid on. I spoke to a guy who identified himself only as John. This guy was either drunk on the job or high, I couldn't tell which. He didn't know a damn thing about what he was doing and could barely speak English. Word to the owner: Stop hiring incoherent idiots and tell your employees to sober up before they show up for work!
Cons: Idiotic staff, unknowledgeable, stupid, and rude.
