Not sure where the negative reviewer is coming from, but my experiences (and others I know who go there) with Dr. Broder have always been positive. I always get a thorough explanation of what is going on with my cats, the prices are reasonable, and the informal, personal atmosphere of the office is very reassuring when I'm stressed about one of my babies.
Pros: personal touch, very reassuring
