Ashley's Bridal is a nightmare. I completely regret taking my two bridesmaids there for dresses. First of all, it was nearly impossible trying to make an appointment over the phone as not one person would return the several messages I left. We went back in January 2012 and have yet to receive the dresses. When purchasing the dresses, we were told they would be in no later than April. After hearing nothing the entire month of April, my MOH called the store to see if they arrived. After giving her name to the male who works there several times and after being on hold for a while, he finally told her they would be in late May. Come late May, I still did not hear anything regarding the dresses. I called myself and spoke with a male and female and they both seemed to have a hard time finding the orders, but once they did they explained they were just shipped from California and should be in sometime this week. That was the first week of June. The VERY NEXT DAY the male called me and stated there is something wrong with shipment and the dresses will not be in until late June. I can't even explain how over Ashley's Bridal I am. I WILL NOT be getting them altered there once they come in....if they ever do.
