I worked for Lance Monosoff (Central Coast Properties)
for many years. I have worked for other real estate brokers, but I must say that the ethics that Lance brings to the table are second to none. Unfortunately this is not always the case when it comes to some brokers. Some unscrupulous brokers will do anything to get the deal closed and scoop up the commission. I have seen Lance turn down a deal very close to closing time after much laborious work because he didn't feel 100% right about a sole detail in the transaction.
Whether he is representing the seller or buyer makes no difference to Lance. His finger is always on the ""ethics"" pulse and he always makes sure that his clients are extremely well represented. Maybe this the reason that he is still in business after 30+ years when we have all seen real estate firms fold after years in the business. If you are looking for an honest and ethical real estate broker, look no further. I have not been in contact with Lance in many years, but when I saw this chance to give a review, I had to tell you my opinion of Lance and Central Coast Properties in Monterey. Lance Monosoff's real estate brokerage firm is absolutely top notch.
