This shaker Heights location has the worst costumer service. Drive the extra mile to the one on Harvard that actually represents the good name of Panera. I love the food at Panera but this location has dissapointed me over and over again since it opened. Why? The service is so horrible that not only are you irritated by the wait and non responsive servers behind the line, the order won't be complete or correct. This is not based on one experience alone and again, I am an avid Panera lover. Not only do I love the food at the company (usually), but the service and great wifi is so worth it(again usually). If you want to experience the Panera I know and love, DO DOT go into this one.
