I contacted the owner of American Aerial Tree service. He came to my house & gave me a price to take down a tree,& leave the stump, or 8 ft of the tree there. So , they showed up about aweek later & the Climmer looked at the tree & said to me , it's not enough money. I said you boss Quoted me a price & i agreed to it. Then he said were walking, were not doing the Job. So i offered an extra $100. & he said no. I made A pot of coffee & bought a dozen of donuts, for these guys. Never hire these people , there very Rude, & they are not professional's.I rated them 1 star i wish i could rate them as -5 stars, if it was possible.I also told the climmer that i think he's afraid to do a little work & told them to leave. I contacted another Tree CO & they came & did the Job for $100. Less than American Aerial Tree Quoited me to take the tree down, UNREAL.There Located in Webster on Shoecraft Rd. 259-8733, I should report them to the BBB. Unsatisfyed with there attempted to do work on my property!
