I have used Rocos since 1990, they have an excellent repair service and their prices ...my god,,I was quoted $ 350 at the local mall to replace what I considered a small stone ( it fell out of my ring), I went to Rocos and they replace it only for a $ 120....I dont like to be rip off, I will never use the mall anymore. Believe you can trust the people at Rocos. I highly recommend it.
