I myself witnessed the owner of St. James Dog Grooming abusing doggie clients. I was actually friends with this woman and decided I no longer wanted to be associated with such an individual after witnessing her drop kick a 4lb 14 year old pom. I am glad someone had the courage to stand up and let the community know what this woman was doing. I would have done it myself but my family and I have been harrassed by this individual for almost two years after I terminated our friendship. There are many groomers out there who love dogs and are well worth going to. I wouldn't let Christine put a bow on a stuffed dog.
