I ordered flowers from Windsor Florist in Mesquite and they said it would be an extra $15 for my flowers to be delivered since I needed them to go to Richardson, I still placed my order with the rude lady. Well guess what my mother's flowers were not delivered! Now we are out of town my mom got no flowers for Mothers Day! I can't believe they had the nerve to just flat out not deliver flowers, hellooooo.... that is they whole point of your business! You make arrangements and deliver them. I should of read the other reveiws before i called this place. Apparently taking people's money and not delivering flowers is something that happens all the time! Horrible!!!
