Executax is under new leadership and they have changed the way they deal with their clients. All accounting firms are amazingly busy during tax season, and it's always difficult to get phone calls returned during the lead up to the april deadline... but James, the new president at executax, has changed the way executax interacts with its customers.
You will find executax employees to be very professional and courteous, and no longer to phone messages go unanswered.
It is the place to go to get your taxes done. Less expensive than the competition and almost always a better refund. Perfect combination.
