Review content:
I called Benihana to make a reservation. We (Party of 12) were so looking forward to eating there. We haven't been since they remodeled. After I made the reservation, I was told if anyone was late they would start without us and then we could only do 4 separate checks. Since we would have 2 tables and 6 couples I couldn't believe they way I was being treated. I told him we could eat somewhere else, we didn' t want to cause them to much trouble. He said ""OK"". Obviously they have forgotten the golden rule of ""The customer comes firstf"" and they have way to much business! I would recommend KYOTO in Olive Branch, MS. The attitude of the staff is A1 and the food is just as good, if not better!
