Dirty, never looks clean no matter when I go in. I can honestly say I've given it more than a fair try. I've visted this same location at least 7 times and each time it is never good. The area where they make your food is always un-cleaned looking. The tables ALWAYS have food or trash on them. The employees will walk right past you several times as you are standing there ready to order, and not even acknowledge you. It's terrible customer service to say the least. I have th wonder about mgmt here. I usually love Braums. But this location is a loser. They are stingy with their quantity of fries. They act like they are scared to give you your money's worth, as though they might be hurting themselves. But the worst of all is the uncleanliness of the place.
Pros: The Braum's name..........that all.
Cons: Everything - cleanliness, friendliness, service, management. Kids run around wild all over restaurant.
