Last Monday I made an appointment to meet a contractor from Estes Electric to move some electrical outlets at a new space we leased in Waxahachie. A woman from Estes called me to set the appointment for this Tuesday. Today I called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and ended up speaking to the rudest woman in Waxahachie. She denied my having an appointment and doubted that I actually spoke to anyone in her office. She talked over me and eventually hung up. I called back to ask to speak to the owner. She said she is the owner. I told her I was glad that they didn't show my appointment if she was the owner of the business. DO NOT CALL!!!!!! We are new to the area, opening a new business to service the people of Waxahachie and this is the WELCOME we got from Estes Electric.
