Businiess name:  Parker Oil Co

Review content:
During annual servicing this company came out and changed the nozzle size on our forced hot air oil furnace. While deployed in Iraq my wife complained of a smell in the house. Parker oil came out several times attempting to fix the furnace. It got worse and eventually needed replacing. At this point in time my wife decided she had enough of dealing with Parker Oil and called another company to assess the situation for a solution. Turns out? during the annual servicing Parker Oil put the wrong size nozzle on the furnace which caused the heat exchanger to crack thus letting toxic fumes into the house for my wife and 3 year old son to breath. We confirmed this with the receipt from Parker and owner?s manual of our furnace. After confronting Parker Oil with the facts in regards to their mistake they told my wife to go pound salt. A new furnace, all the ?servicing? from Parker, and 6,000$ later she finally had heat. We filed a complaint with attorney general (consumer protection agency) to try and recover some of our losses. Cons: Company likes to take advantage of people for money benefit.
