Review content:
Take my advice - this builder used second rate sub contractors on my new home. I've had problems with my ""upgraded"" hardwood floors. The finish wore off and the boards gapped after two months. My HVAC system was installed incorrectly and has not worked properly since I moved in the house more than two years ago. The builder has been less than cooperative in fixing the real issues - again, if their general contractor, was doing HIS job and watching the subs - I wouldn't have this mess.
