I got 1999 Expedition from them 9/2007. The AC didn't work, they said they would fix it but never did. The original contract was for a Chevy truck and it was signed by a salesman, but the girl that manages the place said she fired the salesman so wouldn't honor it. Since we had put down a deposit so decided to get the Expedition. We were in a pinch and didn't have time to get it checked out like we should so we rushed into it. It had been wrecked. The entire front end had to be fixed (sway bar, bushings, etc.) Within a month the transmission completely gave out. I will say they as long as we kept in touch they worked with us on our payments. We had the truck over a year and a half and (or something like that) and we were behind on our payment and hadn't communicated with them. I completely understand that they are a business and they have to do what they have to do. They came to take the vehicle and I absolutely know why, but the way it was handled was unprofessional. We tried to reason with them and commited to paying the vehicle off in 3 days. We pleaded to not take it because my 15 month old son had an appointment at the heart doctor the next morning and she told us to call a cab. I know that it was her money and she had to take the vehicle because it wasn't paid for, but that along with many other rude comments during our time of doing business was uncalled for. We were able to pay it off and get it back, I just think that a business should be courteous no matter the situation and they are not.
