I had a similar experience to symbleen. I was told my furniture would be here in 8-12 weeks. It's been 13 weeks. My son was born last week and I still don't have the furniture. After US calling THEM many times, they told us after speaking to the manufacturer, the manufacturer will not let them pick up the furniture because it's not a large enough quantity. This sounds fishy to me because the warehouse is in NJ and Sherwoods can drive there to pick it up. Also, you tell me this 13 weeks AFTER I've ordered it?!? Now Sherwoods is trying to pawn off their floor models on me and only want to give me a discount of $40. I've called other stores and they told me the story Sherwoods is giving me sounds suspicious. I'm cancelling my order with them and I'm ordering furniture from a company that I trust and will deliver next week. AND the furniture will be BRAND NEW, not a floor model. Sherwoods has terrible customer service! They won't match prices either!
