I called one day to get some information for my mother. The woman who answered the phone was so rude, I almost hung up. She needs to be taught some manners!! They should not let her answer the phone because they will probably loose tenants! I will not allow my mother to live here. They also are having their elevator fixed and it will take 3 weeks leaving tenants stranded in their apartments because they cant use the stairs! Some are in wheelchairs! This place is a joke and the front desk woman should be fired for being so rude when I called! I will see if there is something I can do about this. If you cherish the elderly please do not let them live here!!
