I can't understand how someone could write that the employees are unfriendly. I have had the pleasure of going to Uptown Coffee for 4 years now and each and everytime I go in I am always greeted with a smile and kind word. I have waiting now and then but it has been during lunch time. I would much rather wait for a hand made sandwhich and a drink that is great then quickly pick up a crappy premade thing disguised as food. And as far as Starbucks well now that is a place that the employees are unfriendly, they NEVER get the order right and the food is horrid. Uptown Coffee just keep doing what your doing.
