Review content:
This place is a travesty to potsticker craftsman everywhere. A true potsticker craftsmen knows that the perfect potsticker is judged based on the least amount of dough needed, the most amount of filling possible, and the consistency and resiliency of the whole thing. Of secondary importance is the decorative ribboning to seal the edges. Stickers uses too much dough, not enough meat, and the consistency is vaguely jellyfish. They don't bother with the aesthetic appeal of the ribboning and merely flatten the edges. Back to home that would be okay for the first dumpling you'd ever made, so when you were 4, but for a place that names itself after it's dumplings and then proceeds to make them so inadequately, it's a true farce. Come here for a laugh and then leave for a better place b/c this place is a crying shame. Service was still pretty good though, but you don't come for the service, you come for the food. Pros: service Cons: potstickers
