This is by far the best Pub in all of Portland. The service (headed by a marvelous young lady!) is fast, entertaining and personal! The beer (McMenimens) is as usual the best! And for the burgers; although there are many McMenimens in town, the Fulton blows the rest out of the water. I recently returned to the area and my first night here, when asked what I would like to eat all I had to say was ""Fulton!"". Combine the small Pub atmosphere with the famous locals (OPB) who frequent the establishment and top it off with a hilarious staff, the best chief in town and add some of the things we all know and love of McMenimens and you have the simply the best Pub/Restaurant ever! Check it out and I know you'll agree. PS Its also wicked cheap!
