Review content:
I hate to be stereotypical, but being female, I am not very versed in the world of cars. I was sent to Lifetime by a friend's referral. My car was running very badly and I had feared the worst. I went to a dealership and was told my Catalytic converter was bad. They said they needed the car for a few days to ""diagnose"" more.
I took the car straight to Lifetime Autoworks and do you know what they found? A broken spark plug! They had my car fixed and ready to go in an hour. They even explained to me what a catalytic converter was and tested it in front of me. They then told me how to maintain my vehicle to keep it running and to help avoid costly repairs.
These guys really went out of their way to be nice, like family. Thanks so much for saving me a crap load of money! See you at my next oil change!
