DO NOT USE FOR HARDWARE REPAIRS! I am a small business person who made that mistake. Based on referrals by colleagues for software issues ...
I took my computer to them for simple issue. Repair failed before even left shop due to shoddy work. Redone, lasted about a week due to issues initially pointed out not being addressed. Brought back.
However, again did not pay attention to request to hold for experienced staff to repair or those initial issues mentioned. Ultimately they totaled machine.
Backed up so that not issue. But cannot afford to replace. Cannot dispute charge for repairs because paid cash when new clerk could not figure out how to charge transactions.
Uptech dismissive & unwilling to work together for any refund.
Cannot afford replace this computer so business's productivity massively.
Buyer beware! While machinery can fail due to fault of repair-person, that was not the case here. Plus, Uptech took no responsibility ... Slimey, slimey, slimey...
