Review content:
The only reason to go to the Getty is for the architecture and the gardens. The permanent collection is horrible. 99% of the artwork there is un-influential and boring. Getty was never known for having an eye on interesting or thought provoking work, this is just stuff he picked up and had hanging around his house. It's a mish-mash of unimportant works, some of which by important artists.
