Review content:
I enrolled my daughter in Primary Concepts at 111th and Memorial early in the year 2011. She was a crawler in the baby room (received wonderful care) then transferred into the toddler room when she started walking. Since she was moved to the toddler rooms, there have been several times I have came to pick up my daughter and rap was playing on the radio, on one account I walked in as my daughter feel and hit her head on the floor while the teacher was talking to another parent and made no mind to my crying child, I complained no action was taken, she was bit several times and nothing was done about it. I removed her from daycare after Laverne (the Director) defended her negligence of a staff and blamed my daughter for her getting bit and falling on the floor.
