Review content:
John has been a great landlord. My fiancee and I started renting from him during the summer of 2010. He was very flexible with our move-in date and the start of rent payments. He also takes great care of his tenants and properties. He does regular pest-control, which my previous rental company did not. The apartment building has a security door outside, which is very nice. I locked myself out one day though and John drove over to let me inside when no one else was home.
