Always helpful and friendly.Will do what they can to immediately solve the problem if possible.The other day the rear door suddenly wouldn't shut.I had to tape the back just to drive to Auto Mechanic Service Plus, but it was great to know I had somewhere I could just show up and I knew they would help it they could.Sure enough the guy behind the desk came out himself with a screw driver and dislodged the latch that was stuck.It was like having a brother that's a mechanic.
