I ordered flowers (from out of town) for my mother's birthday and the service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful and Mom said the flowers were beautiful! That is the way it goes in business. Do 1,000 things right and no-one remembers; but, do one thing wrong and no-one forgets! So here is one of the 999.
