Review content:
I am not a reviewer that is a secret employee of Rossi's. So you will get the truth on this one. I am a serviceman. My buddy and I were looking to find a non-crowded place to catch our team's games and spend some of our hard-earned cash on Sunday Sept.18th. The young gentleman who took our order was more than accomodating, since there were only 3 customers in the entire establishment at 1030am. Since they ONLY have 3 televisions from 1992, we were told we could use the remote control to flip back and forth between the 2 games. After 2 beers @ $4.50 a piece, and an ordered pizza was plopped onto our table, the matriarch hag from the back came out and took the remote back from us and said. ""Noooo you can't have the remote"". I lobbied for her to let us be, since we were the only other people besides an old man watching the Steelers game and there was NO REASON she needed it back. She just didnt want us to ""have control"" over anything in her establishment. She wears a Dallas Cowboys apron and is DEVOID of any customer service whatsoever. When I told her that we should be able to watch the games since nobody was there, she was smug and said ""hopefully nobody will be here later either!"" I didnt even ask for my money back, SHE BROUGHT IT UP and gave it back to us. She obviously has something against men calling the shots. Save your hard earned money for someone who cares about NFL football and the customer's well being, for this dive DOES NOT.
